Terms of use

These Terms and Conditions set forth the terms and conditions for keeping homepage, and the rights and obligations between the TUU-KAA and registered users. You must read and agree to the entire Terms and Conditions before posting content.

Article1 Applicability

1. The purpose of these Terms and Conditions for keeping the homepage and the rights and obligations between the TUU-KAA and the Registered Users.

Article2 Definitions

For purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following terms have the following meanings.

1. "IP Rights" means copyrights and moral rights.

2. "Posted Data" means any content, including but not limited to text, images, animation and other data, that is posted or otherwise transmitted by the Registered User.

3. "Website" means such website as may be from time to time operated by the TUU-KAA.

4. "Registered User" means any person or entity that has been registered as a user having account.

Article3 Registration

1. A person wishing to post the content may apply to the TUU-KAA.

2. The TUU-KAA shall determine whether to register a candidate who made an application in accordance with the website's criterion, and shall notify of its approval, if the TUU-KAA determines to do so. The Applicant's registration as a Registered User shall be completed upon the notice by the TUU-KAA.

3. The TUU-KAA reserves the rights to refuse registration of any Applicant without any obligation to disclose the reasons.

4. The Registered User shall promptly notify the TUU-KAA of any change to the Registration Information.

Article4 Password and User ID Management

1. The Registered User shall be responsible for keeping and maintaining its password and user ID in an appropriate manner.

Article5 Prohibited Actions

The Registered User may not conduct any of the following acts:

(1) acts against public order and good moral;

(2) acts that infringe any IP rights, privacy rights.

Article6 Suspension

1. The TUU-KAA determines that suspension or discontinuance is required for natural disasters or other reasons without any advance notice to the Registered User.

Article7 Ownership of Rights

1. The Registered User has the copyright and moral right of content posted.

2. The TUU-KAA can use the content free of charge that the Registered User posted.

3. The TUU-KAA can use the Registered User's free-content without the user name.

Article8 Registration Cancellation

1. The Registered User failed to comply with the Terms of use.

2. Any of the Registration Information is found to be false.

3. The Registered User has not responded to inquiries from the TUU-KAA or other communications requiring its response for [30 days], or more.

4. In addition to the foregoing, if the TUU-KAA determined that it is inappropriate as the Registered User.

Article9 Withdrawal

1. The Registered User may withdraw and cancel its registration by giving notice to the TUU-KAA.

Article10 Modification and Termination

1. The TUU-KAA shall be entitled to at any time modify or terminate the homepage.

2. The TUU-KAA shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the Registered User.  

Article11 Translation Service

1. TUUKAA has launched a translation service without one's corporate capacity.
2. The object of the translation service is to maintain the site of TUUKAA, especially its financial assistance.
3. TUUKAA which is a non profitable organization has the translation service.

Article 12 Shopping

1. Be careful to do shopping! You have just shopped  PREMIUMROLE  and paid a amount of money. We can not refund the money. In this case, we will examine the trace and log. Then, we will grant the access right.

2. PREMIUMROLE per person per time is $30. Second times is no need.
